SERVICE DESIGN
The transition towards an economy based on advanced services, digitalisation and servitisation, among others, are leading companies to innovate and continually reinforce their service offerings.
In this scenario, service design presents itself as an approach capable of materialising these strategies. It is concerned with designing and developing the service proposal, planning the operations necessary for its correct functioning, as well as defining the necessary technological and governance system. Through service design, DBZ maximises the experience offered to the customer, optimising the efficiency of available resources.
DBZ has been researching and transferring knowledge in this field for several years. It has developed new services for the industrial sector, the service sector, as well as for the public sector.
It has completed the contribution of service design to servitisation, established frameworks for the acquisition of service design capabilities and developed tools such as the IND-SERVDES toolkit for the application of service design in contexts such as Industry 4.0.
