Human Centered Design
HUMAN CENTERED DESIGN
Human Centered Design (HCD) is a discipline aimed at fostering innovation, as a fundamental complement to technological innovation. DBZ focuses on the needs of people as the central axis for innovation, combining technological feasibility and economic viability with what is desirable and meaningful for the user.
DBZ applies, through its own methodologies based on ISO 9241-210:2010, design tools that allow us to delve deeper into the needs of users beyond the obvious. To do this, we have tools and methods that delve into (1) the user experience at different levels (physical, emotional, cognitive or motivational) and its relationship with the environment; (2) the co-creation of solutions by the users themselves; and (3) the visualisation of solutions for experimentation and evaluation. This approach enables the creation of high added-value propositions for users.
In recent years, DBZ has been accompanying all types of companies and public entities in the transformation of processes and the integration of mechanisms that guarantee the HCD approach in their proposals, through its own methodologies such as INBEDI, MOTIVAPRO, G-HCD or HCD Facility Tool.
